GEN2 Li-Ion Battery Pack

About

Measuring only 412 x 79.4 x 269mm, this is no small battery...

It is capable of delivering up to 150A of peak current, this sure packs a punch!


The new housing is IP65 rated for dust and water protection.


The new built-in BMS is included for cell monitoring, balancing and reprogramming.

We can deliver 40% more constant current compared to the previous version and up to 100% more peak power thanks to included heatsink used for active cooling.


You can also wire 2 to 50 packs in parallel for increased capacity/running time.

Once the packs have been upgraded with the Gird Firmware they will communicate with each other via CAN Bus to deliver the appropriate power equally.


This pack has been approved to the relevant safety and transportation standards using two different cell types, this allows FRIWO to manufacture the packs quicker depending on cell availability, both constructions offer the same performance and approvals.


FRIWO have also designed and made the charger for this pack, a perfect match to enable efficient charging and longer cycle life.


This pack is available on its own or part of the electric powertrain kit.

Pair this with our motor controller and software for a perfectly aligned system.

Need A Connector?

You're more than welcome to build your own Weipu lead connector for the battery,

we will happily supply you with the socket information and pin diagram.


Alternatively, we can supply you with our existing design. The necessary pins are already wired up, ready for connecting to our motor controller or into your application.
